How to report an incident ?

If your equipment rented from Cleaq (💻, 📱) breaks down, please follow these steps to report your claim.

This feature is available for the account administrators as well as the user assigned to the affected device.

If you want your user to report the incident himself, assign him the concerned device by following this link.

Go to your Cleaq interface.

  1. In the side menu, select "Mes appareils".
  2. Select the affected device rented from Cleaq.
  3. Click on the "Incident" button located at the top of the device details
    a. Choose the type of incident - Breakdown (panne), theft (vol) or damage (casse)
    b. Select the date of the incident
    c. Describe in a few words the circumstances in which the incident occurred.
  4. If you are the victim of a theft, you must absolutely attach a complaint to the declaration, otherwise you will not be able to validate the request for assistance.
    Finally, click on "Déclarer un incident" to validate your request.
